Addressing Copyright Concerns: An Unfortunate Resemblance

September 1st, 2024 by

I recently came across an image on a streaming platform that bears a striking resemblance to the cover of my book, Fragments of Identity: A Journey of Resilience, Discovery, and Redemption. While I understand that similar artistic themes can emerge independently, this resemblance has raised concerns about copyright infringement.

Copyright protection is essential in preserving the integrity of creative work and ensuring that artists receive recognition and compensation for their efforts. I believe that creative inspiration should be respected, and proper credit must be given to those who contribute to artistic endeavors.

I would like to use this opportunity to acknowledge and commend Carbide B, an artist whose work has caught my attention. Their creativity and skill deserve recognition, and it’s important to highlight the significance of supporting and respecting original artistic contributions.

If you see similarities in art and design, it’s crucial to address these concerns constructively and to advocate for fair practices in the creative community. Let’s continue to support and celebrate originality while ensuring that all artists receive the credit they deserve.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the importance of artist expression in creative industries.
